Precision Marshall Acquires DB&S

Acquisition of DB&S Steel; Press Release As Follows:

Washington, PA, October 31, 2019 – Precision Marshall Steel, the nation’s leading supplier of pre-finished tool steels, has purchased the assets of DB&S Steel Corporation of Beaver Falls, PA. Under terms of the agreement, Precision Marshall will integrate DB&S’s production equipment into its Washington, PA headquarters. Precision Marshall will also provide DB&S’s distribution network with Ground Flat Stock and Drill Rod and will make employment opportunities available to DB&S’s employees.
