Industrial Maintenance Associate – Washington, PA
Precision Marshall Steel, a leader in the tool and die industry, is seeking dependable, hard-working candidates who take pride in their work. Industrial Maintenance Associates are responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment used to process steel plate and bar products.
Maintenance Associates are expected to determine the best way to make repairs to ensure maximum utilization of machinery and equipment. Thorough understanding of electrical, hydraulics, motors, pumps, welding, general construction and the ability to make such repairs in a timely manner is required.
Additional consideration will be given to those with experience in the repair, rebuild or installation of vertical, blanchard or horizontal grinders, band saws, milling equipment and the programming used to control such equipment.
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting wage $27.40 – $31.62
- Rapid progression increases – earn $32.21- $37.17/hr in just 2.5 years!
