David Jackson Milhollan
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Jackson Milhollan joined Precision Industries, founded by his father Thomas R. Milhollan, in 1973 in inside sales. Between 1973 and 1988 he held various management positions including Product Manager, District Sales Manager and General Sales Manager. In October 1986 Precision Industries acquired Marshall Steel of McCook, IL. Mr. Milhollan was responsible for integrating the commercial and operational functions of Marshall Steel into Precision Industries, thus forming Precision Marshall Steel Company. In July 1988 he was appointed President of Precision Marshall and in 1994 was named President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Milhollan, a native of Washington, Pennsylvania, graduated from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, in 1971 with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature. He did his graduate work at Oxford University. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the WFSB Mutual Holding Company (Washington Federal) since 1994 and currently serves as Vice Chairman. He is also active in various civic and charitable activities in Washington County.

R. Allen Koch
Executive Vice President and Treasurer

Allen Koch joined Precision Industries in 1983 as Vice President of Finance. In 1990 he was promoted to his current position, Executive Vice President and Treasurer.

Before joining Precision Industries, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Tri-State Engineering from 1974 to 1983. Prior to that, he was a commercial lending officer with Mellon Bank after completing Mellon’s management training program in 1969.

Mr. Koch holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bethany College and an MBA from Duquesne University.

Mark Edward Maxwell
Vice President of Sales

Mark Maxwell joined Precision Industries in 1974 as a District Sales Manager and held that position until 1980. Since then he has served the company in a variety of positions including Midwest District Manager (1980-1990), Senior Sales Manager (1990-1999) and his current position as General Sales Manager, Ground Flat Stock and Drill Rod.

Prior to joining Precision Industries, Mr. Maxwell worked for GNC Corporation as Regional Manager in Ohio and Pennsylvania and later transferred to manage a region of their retail stores in New Jersey. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from West Virginia University in 1971.

Thomas R. Sedlak
Vice President of Operations

Tom Sedlak joined Precision Marshall in early 2008 as the Controller. In October 2008 he was promoted to Manager of Operations. Prior to the company he had more than 11 years of financial management and controllership experience with PPG Industries and DQE Energy Services. His experience includes turnaround management, cost containment and business development in high volume and specialty manufacturing industries.

Mr. Sedlak earned a bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris University and an MBA from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.

Gregory J. Olson
Manager of Distribution Systems

Greg Olson joined Precision Marshall in 2008 as National Distribution Center Manager in Bolingbrook, IL. His experience includes close to 20 years in sales and leading edge customer service applications. He spent the past 10 years in the specialty steel industry and has worked extensively on process improvement projects to improve customer service.

Mr. Olson attended the University of Illinois from 1985-1989 majoring in English Literature.
